Wildlife & Nature Photography

Wildlife is one of the most popular subjects for people to photograph, but comes with a whole set of challenges - not just equipment choice, camera settings and techniques: we also need to learn a little about getting close to the subject without disturbance.

This is Ian’s favourite subject when not working and he has 40 years experience of photographing our native birds and animals in the wild. Our Wildlife Workshops are held at Nature Reserves rather than zoos, to enable us to appreciate the challenges of habitat and the importance of ‘stealth’.
