All the Gear, but no Idea?
At this time of year it’s very easy to justify putting equipment upgrades on your Christmas list in the hope it will improve your photography…

This picture was taken on the first roll of film I ever put in my first 35mm camera - a Pentax ME Super I received for my birthday a very long time ago!
The picture was taken using the ‘standard’ lens - in manual mode and with manual focus - but I had learned my craft first!
The latest most expensive professional camera body would have made little or no difference to this image…
